Working Out
So, I’ve been doing some video workouts lately. No, not those old 80′s style jazzercise aerobics… these are REAL workouts. Check out Yumi Lee and Jeanette Jenkins. both of their workouts KILL – I can’t remember being this sore before. On the other hand, I’m starting to see some real nice developments. Shoulder and lat definition is increasing, as is my stamina and overall strength. I’ll post some photos later.
Trip To The Gun Range
Azreel took me out to the gun range a while back and snuck some photos of me shooting his AR-15. Most guns have too much recoil for me to be comfortable shooting them, but the AR was a breeze.
